Audition: Friday October 8th 2010 at 10 am

Audition repertoire for both vacancies:
Stamitz: Concerto for viola D major 1st movement with cadence and 2rd movement with cadence
and 1st movement from one of following concertos for viola: Bartok, Walton or Hindemith

The auditions take place in Symfonien, Aalborg.

Aalborg Symfoniorkester employs permanently 65 musicians. Including 7 violas, 3 trumpets, 3 trombones and 1 tuba. Salaries and conditions of employment in accordance with standard contract for musicians in Danish provincial orchestras. Non EU-citizens please note that employment is dependant on valid work and residence permit.

At Aalborg Symfoniorkester we have no age limit – Which means that everybody can participate irrespective of age.

Accompanist is at disposal at the audition. Applicants pay their own travel- and accommodation expenses.
